We charge 20% of the revenue for cohosting services. Additionally, marketing is a fixed monthly fee. During our sales call, we’ll discuss our typical marketing strategies and costs, then based on your specific goals we will create a customized proposal that aligns with those goals.

Yes! I’ve successfully cohosted properties across three states, managing everything remotely. Whether you're in another city or country, I’ve got the tools and processes in place to ensure your property runs smoothly and your guests have a 5-star experience, no matter where you are.
