Thanks so much for your continued support. My business and brand has seen many chapters, and while this was one of them, please consider joining me in the current chapter. I am now a brand developer/photographer and fractional CMO for fellow small business owners. If you’d like to follow along, you can sign up for my email list here!
Stephanie and Zac had their engagement session back in the spring. April gave us a beautifully sunny day on the grounds of Oatlands historic house. The rolling hills of Leesburg led us straight to the secret garden which has become one of my favorite places to shoot.
The gardens are so manicured and beautiful and without fail, I always run into a bunny friend or two while I am there. One of the most picturesque locations is by the little wading pool all the way at the bottom of the garden’s steep, stone staircase. It’s a romantic little oasis.
Stephanie and Zac are such a sweet couple. Just during our interactions you could tell that Zac is the one that grounds Stephanie. It is such a sweet dynamic. Zac has a “math brain,” which is fitting since he works in finance. The way he approaches things is very calculated, but it’s driven by a desire to please Stephanie. Okay, that sounds odd, but let me explain. Multiple times throughout the session, he paused to perfect a pose or fix Stephanie’s hair so that she was satisfied with the results of the picture…simple gestures that go a long way!
These two found me by way of another one of my clients, and I cannot tell you how thankful I am for the word of mouth that brought them my way. Their spring wedding at Fleetwood Farm Winery is sure to be a celebration of the two of them, their families, and their love!
